Calculation errors
The most useful thing you can send. Include the page, your inputs, a copied calculation link carries them, what was shown and what you expected. The corrections policy explains what happens next.
Sources and rules
If you can point us at an official notification for a state professional tax rule we currently do not calculate, that directly improves the tool for everyone in that state. The sources page lists which ones are outstanding.
General questions
Questions about how the calculators work, or what a term means, are welcome. Questions about your own tax position are not something we can answer. That needs someone who can see your full circumstances, which we cannot and do not want to.
Privacy
Requests relating to personal data go to the same address. Since the calculators run entirely in your browser and we do not operate accounts or a database of visitors, there is generally very little for us to hold. See the privacy policy.
Media and business
Same address. Note that this site does not currently carry advertising or affiliate links, and any future arrangement would be disclosed rather than woven into the content.
What we cannot help with
- Personal tax advice, or which regime you should choose.
- Disputes with your employer about your salary or payslip.
- Filing your return.
All three need a qualified professional who can see your whole position.
